What do i do i have a bite on my arm and I think it is infecte I think a spider got me so how do i treat it?
It has 2 little tiny whote heads on one side and on the other a scab! AND BEFORE IT WAS SUPER SWOLEN!

If you arm was supper swollen before, you may have had an infection. I am also concerned about the scab, this could be dead tissue that is forming from the spider bite. You may have been bitten by a brown recluse spider. I would go see your doctor or an urgent care facility to ensure that it is not currently infected, if it is infected they can prescribe some antibiotics.
