Tips on losing weight?
I've started trying to lose weight, I'm size 12-14 but I'm not happy with my wobbly bits! So I'm going the gym 3 times a week at the least, drinking loads of water and eating lots of fruit and less white breads, stodgy stuff etc...is there anything else I can do to help speed up losing weight?

exercise just an hour every alternate day-don't excercise everyday it will cause you pain-yes running everyday
