Food poisoning yesterday, now i have a stiff neck and shoulders, and a bad heada!

Question: Food poisoning yesterday, now i have a stiff neck and shoulders, and a bad headache.?
I finally got over morning sickness, and decided that chili from wendy's and 11:30 when my husband came home from work would be amazing. And it was. Till the next morning. At first i just felt like in needed to go to the bathroom. Then I started have a cold sweat and chills. And well lots of diarrhea. This lasted till about 4 or 5 yesterday. Till my system was cleared out. After that I felt fine. I didn't want to run a marathon or anything but I was able to eat some apple sauce, rice, and bananas. My husband also made me drink a lot of pedilite.

This morning I woke up at about 4 in the morning, and I was uncomfortable. My head hurt quite badly and my neck and shoulders are stiff. I managed to fall back asleep, but woke up again at 6 ish again uncomfortable.

My main question is most people seem to say go to the dr. If you have a stiff neck but I can't find anywhere is to why. Or if i have a stiff neck if i should have other lingering symptoms. I'll go to the dr. if I need to but the stiffness could also be from the fact that I was curled in a ball for 4 hours in my bathroom.

I agree curling up in a ball and laying on a hard floor would definitely cause a stiff neck. Next time you eat something bad, put a tablespoon of vinegar in a glass of juice. The vinegar will kill whatever is making you sick. Sounds crazy, but I've done that for years and it ALWAYS works, immediately. You first feel the soothing relief in your stomach, then your diahrea stops. Choices of juices that best mask flavor of vinegar: orange juice with pulp, apple juice, or cranberry juice.......but......you mentioned morning sickness, so I assume you are pregnant. I don't know if this is your first baby or not. You may know this already, but when pregnant, constipation becomes a problem. If you miss a few bowel movements, your body will go into diarhea mode to flush out your system. So there's a chance you didn't have food poisoning. Eat plenty fiber everyday, and if that's not enough, drink plumsmart juice. Apolagies if you already know all this : )

You lost lot of electrolytes with your food poisoning and subsequent diarrhoea. Stiff neck could be just because of that. You need to fill your intestines quick/fast with pre and pro biotics and enzymes. Here you go:

01. Take cultured yoghurt liberally.
02. Veggies that grow underground like potato for ex.
03. Good quality honey.
