Cut on my thigh?
i cut myself on my thigh and its starting to get a bit red and sore. im an emetophobic (fear of puking ect) and ive heard on occasions that you can get ill from infexction....do you think this cut would make me ill in the next few days?? im keeping it clean now and looking after it but im starting to get quite panicy....can anyone help??? thanks

Continue cleaning and covering it. If red streaks develop leading away from the cut, pus comes out, or you start to run a fever you know that an infection has set in and that you need to get to a hospital.
