Outside makes me sleepy?!

Question:

Outside makes me sleepy?

I don't know if other people are like this, but if I spend several hours outside I end up very sleepy. It doesn't have to be hot and sunny out for this to happen, and I don't have to necessarily be active to do it either. I can be hanging out with friends in the evening with the temps in the 60s. Anybody have any idea why the fresh air or whatever would make me sleepy? BTW, I know several other people this happens to as well.

take a look at that...it's not quite the same but it might be similar. it could be some sort of intoleranc eof something in the air, such as hayfever.
or, it could be the fact that all the oxygen in the fresh air revitalises the body - but if you already feel tired or drained, it will just highlight that - kind of like extra oxygen will amplify whatever your body is like at the time?

it is probably overall doing you good, but the revitalisting effect is telling you you need sleep to be totally fit and well, so you feel sleepy.

does that make sense? it's mainly kind of ideas based on facts, so it might be wrong but...its an idea. it happens to me as well sometimes, just one of those weird things i think.
