Tender/sore areas, recovery ideas?!


Question:

Tender/sore areas, recovery ideas?

I'v had soccer camp for a while, and it just started hurting today. On the inside of my right thigh, my andcles, above my hips and on my abs. I've already, and still am, doing the heat ice thing, any more ideas? or should i let it naturally heal and cope with the pain?


Answers:

If you're aching, you're not stretching out enough...for the mean time, take a hot bath and then stretch out, it will be painfull at first, but you will feel a lot better
