What was the most painful situation you've been in?
What was the most painful thing you have experienced? When I was younger, another person was running near me and we collided, with his knee cap smashing into the side of my knee. It has effected to this day. If something touches my knee I'll feel the most excruciating pain and soarness for days. I'd rather someone kick me in the nuts!

I was running a track meet.. I did something wrong on my high jump and ended up tearing my ACL -- and I try to keep running because it was the state chapionships and I was in 2nd. After about 20 seconds of trying to run... I was in horrible pain and I fell straight to the ground and broke my elbow b/c i fell on it. So, I had ACL surgery -- two times because of the damage I did just running those 20 seconds. I was in a cast and sling for my elbow. I was doing physical therapy post - surgery for my leg and I was running and jumping and I popped my knee cap out of place... so I had a knee replacement. So, after about a total of 3 months in the hospital and A TON of physical therapy -- I starting running again on Sunday :) Between my ACL and the knee replacement, the worst pain I have ever experienced. And I have had many surgeries on my stomach etc.
Knee injuries suck sooo bad!!!!!
