Pain in between rotor cuff and pectoral muscle when adducting my arm?!

Question: Pain in between rotor cuff and pectoral muscle when adducting my arm?
I recently suffered a bad shoulder injury. I wasnt able to move my arm very much. The majority of the pain subsided but I still get a dull achy, then sharp pain when I move my arm towards my body. The doc told me its acute shoulder strain from a brief exam. The pain seems to be between my pectoral muscle and rotor cuff. Has anyone had something like this?
