Question:
Can I buy sleeping tablets over the counter?
I have a 23.5 hour flight coming up and I want to be able to sleep through at least half of it as I hate flighing and suffer from claustaphobia.
Do you know if I can buy sleeping tablets over the counter at the chemist and if so which ones are the best?

Best bet would be to take 3-4 benadryls (75-100mg diphenhydramine) and 4mg melatonin. Yeah...that's kind of a high dose but I'm sure it'll help.
