no medicine seems to work, my lips are becoming numb, could it be a sinus infection?

It could be sinusitis, which could trigger a really nasty migraine. But I personally wouldn't chance it, if it doesn't get better by resting in a dark room, with the air down, then you really should see a Dr. The numbness in the lips, I have that and I think it is due to my blood pressure. If you haven't tried anything for your sinuses, and if you can drive go to your drug store like Walgreen's and pick up a Nettie kettle, they should come with directions in how to use them..Best of luck to you and take care.
