Going to summer school, NEED ENERGY!!! insomnia...?

hey, i'm going to be taking a reach ahead course this summer in the beginning july because i need one of the courses for university. anyway.......

i obviously wouldnt voluntarily go because i have SEVERE troubles getting to sleep. my normal bedtime is like 2-3AM. even if i try to go to bed at 11:30pm, i just stay up awake in bed for hours!!!!

the problem is: i NEED to concentrate for summer school. it's only 15 school days but from 8:30 - 4 its ALL MATH!! how can i concentrate if im going to be so sleepy...

is drinking one energy drink going to keep me up for the whole day? if i drink one each day?

will it affect me alot if i drink one energy drink everyday for 15 days??

what are some other ways to get to sleep [altho ive tried like everything] or staying awake and concentrating.


Answers:

I'd say something like adderall but....i guess i'll get sh1t for that.
go buy some redline energy drinks. they'll keep you up.(trust me it's a really potent combination of stims) then take some benadryl to put you to sleep!


or just do it the natural way....read a book @ night to bore you the hell out...you'll get really sleepy. take a hot shower. exercise before bed. don't focus on trying to go to sleep...that usually makes it worse.

then for focusing...just remember that it's 15 days. force yourself to focus and remember it's absolutely necessary.

i've been in summer school for 18 days now. it sucks.
