After i get the pain i lose feeling in my legs then fall to the ground after i fall i gain back feeling and its soooooooooooo painful i am only 11 so it cant be old age but i just dont i need you to help me figure out what it is please..........??????????????...

since you are 11 and having this problem you have to think it is very serious because you did not live long enough to just wear your body out.
If you have a electric like pain followed by weakness that could be pressure on your spinal cord or nerves leaving the spinal cord. Sciatica is one name for it if it is caused by the vertebral bone and a disc.
i hate to tell you this but other things like tumors (cancer) can do that especially in young people. Sometimes you will have an ache that does not go away in your back.
If you have weakness that does not go away or numbness that does not go away or problems like you can't pee or your bowels leak (incontinace) that means that some permanent damage is happening and will get worse, maybe real fast.
This is what spine tumors do. This is not lyme disease.
tell your parent now to help you get yourself examined in an emergency room
