I separated my AC joint in my shoulder playing hockey. How long is the average recovery time and is there any way that I can injure it more.

it takes a few weeks to heal that. it's easy to hurt it more if you'd like.
step 1: select sturdy wall
step 2: walk away from wall
step 3: aim body at wall
step 4: run as fast as you can
step 5: collide with wall shoulder first
that should do it.
