Question:

Does the 5113V vicodin have the same effect as the M361 vicodin? What are the differents.?

5113V is Propoxy the M361 is hydrocodone.

Answers:

Ok i assume that those codes (5113) are what is imprinted on the pills? Anyways Propoxy(phene) is the active ingredient in Darvocet (it is not vicodin at all, but similar). And hydrocodone is the active part of Vicodin, they both work on pain but vicodin is more powerful. They also both have Acetaminophen (aka tylenon or APAP), in them so you should not take more than 8 vicodin or 6 Darvocet in a day.
