Tired but don't want to sleep? anyone else in this jiffy?!

i am stuck with Jiffy peanut butter in between my ears... I can't hear you:) :) :)

there are plenty of times where ive been up over 24 hrs. and actually be sleepy, but still don't want to go to sleep. i guess im a tv addict, don't want to shut down due to watching tv,
is that the problem you are having?
if so i guess we both need to make ourselves go to sleep
it ain't going to be easy, but i believe we can do it
