Sudden neck pain..?
Since about January, I keep getting a sudden pain in the back right-hand side of my neck, it usually happens if I tilt my head to the side. It's a sharp pain and my head sort of drops down and backwards a tiny bit, seriously painful! The whole area is very tender afterwards, and it feels like I should be stretching out the muscle or something.
Any suggestions as to what it could be? I haven't had an accident in the last year, and I'm only 20 so the discs shouldn't be degenerating or anything yet!
