yes,,,i have a case of sun poisoning from about 10 days ago, i had such cramps spasms it was unbearable, also found out i was dehydrated. sunburn will suck the moisture out of you and can cause muscle pain,,drink LOTS of fluids. my dr gave me a shot of steroids for my sunburn to help with the swelling and pain. if it is that bad, i would see a dr
