My bottom lip is partially numb?!

My bottom lip is partially numb?
It just happened, I'm sitting her on the computer reading answers and asking questions,it's on one side of my bottom lip, this has happened before, I can't figure out why it happens. any ideas?

It may be the way you hold your head or your arms while your on the computer. I have problems with my neck and shoulders and when it acts up it irritates a nerve that causes temporary numbness in parts of my face.
