I just quit smoking cigarettes, I have a few questions.?!

Question: I just quit smoking cigarettes, I have a few questions.?
I quit a while back and then I had started again after a few days. The motivation just wasn't there.
About 2 weeks about, I decided to give it another try and Its been two weeks yesterday so woohoo me i guess lol.
ANYWAYS
I have a few questions that I need answered by people who actually know the answer to the question. All other pointless answers will probably be removed.

1. Is it possible to clear up the stains on your teeth caused from smoking without spending hundreds of dollars? Iv tried Remberant Toothpaste before but it didnt really clear up the stains it just kind of whitened my teeth.. if that makes any sense..

2. Im 18. I smoked cigarettes for maybe.. 4-5 years straight.. I know thats terrible :(. Is smoking cigarettes still going to affect me in the long run? Like years and years down the road, If I have get bronchitis, Can i bet on it being caused by smoking when I was younger?

3. Will I ever stop coughing? I wont lie, i do rock the ganj from time to time. Nothing Major. (please dont put an opinion on that last part.. this really is not about that ) But it seems like my smokers cough has gotten worse since I have stopped smoking. Iv heard from several people that the cough is supposed to get worse before it gets better, but that just doesnt really make sense to me.

4. And finally, Am i going to be putting on weight? Iv always had a really fast metabolism and I have very good genes as far as every woman in my family goes. but since i was about 12 iv always been 5'2 97-99 lbs. Can i expect that to be changing? Will my metabolism rate change?

Again, Please dont answer just to be a d*ckhe*d.

Hi.. congrats for 2 wks smoke free! It was funny i came across your post. I quit smoking 2 wks also. i started smoking at 20 and I m am 35 now. I am on Zyban and nictrol inhaler to help quit smoking. I will say this is the best quit I have experienced, and there has been 2 other times in the past that I quit. yes, quiting smoking will increase your appetite, so don't be surprised if you notice your craving food instead of cigarettes at times. I would say try and eat normally and eat sugarless candies during the day that helps. Yes, coughing shortly afgter quitting is very normal, because the lung are repairing the dameage of smoking.does get worse for a few weeks. If you cough up black or gray mucous, don't worry its just your clungs clearing. your lungs and heart start repairing itself within minutes that you quit smoking. quitting smoking greatly improves the quality of your life.

Ex-smoker, experience.

try crest 3d whitening, or plain baking soda and peroxide paste. The cough gets worse because your lungs are pushing out the garbage and healing themselves it will last afew months but after 1-2 years you will have like virgin lungs again. i smoked for 10 years and have been quit 18 months and feel so much better, smell better and got more money to spend. Wethr or not your weight changes is upto your eating habits and activity level
