My bones point out too much: how do you solve this?

Hello.

My friend, at least, is a pear/bell/spoon-shaped female whose ribs, or other such bonery, point out excessively. It is probably a common problem in pear shapes since the weight is invariably distributed more within the lower half of the body.

I understand roughly how this happens - being a pear means that the fat's first depository is the thighs, hips and bum.

Please could you tell how this problem can be fixed.

Its solution may well be found through exercise that could 'direct' the fat towards the other areas. If this is the case, please help me to find exercises.

If not, please explain to me a solution. For an insecure person, bones that excessively stick out cannot help.

P.S. It is not the result of tremendous skinniness, but rather a distribution problem. It is not a matter of putting on weight, as this would firstly not solve the problem but also just make her feel more insecure - getting fatter is not a solution. I want a genuine solution, please.Thanks.

i am also a pear shaped female. i do doubt this can be fixed but i wouldn't so much call it a problem. to be honest i love my shape and yes my ribs stick out quite a lot too but i like it. i think that your friend probably has a lovely figure and some people like bones... like me :D this didn't really answer the question but you're friend could just learn to be more confident and i'm sure she'll look great!
