Pain on the top of my left foot?!

Pain on the top of my left foot?
i have this bad pain when i am walking when i add more weight on my toes while walking i get a bad pain on the top of my left foot. (the right one is fine) I do not know what to do if i should just ice or go 2 a doctor it hurts a lot please help. I would like to know what is wrong with it and how to fix if thanks a lot.

You may have sprained your foot. I would recommend you go to see an orthopedic doctor to have it checked out to make sure nothing serious is wrong.
