I feel like someone's squeezing my guts?

i thought i had trapped gas last night but nothing i did seemed to help. i took some advil today because my stomach is still hurting. well its not my stomach, it feels like its outside of my stomach. another question that's gonna seem gross, but is it normal for my "stool" to be a really dark brown almost black in color? i can't lay down to sleep because my guts hurt so bad. make it go away! please!

Black stool is a sign of internal bleeding.But you could have what's known as a strangulated hernia . Go to a doctor and get checked out. Don't wait for it to get worse. GO NOW!
