I have pain in my sternum (middle of my chest), help!?!

Question:

I have pain in my sternum (middle of my chest), help!?

It's not broken, it's just extremely painful, the pain started out in my heart area and has since moved to the middle of by chest, it's actual pain in the bone in the middle fo my chest, but before it was like heart pain... any suggestions? Oh and I'm 18, 5' 9", 133lbs, healthy male.
