Migraine?!!?!

Migraine?!!?

I'm having a really bad migraine right now, and it's driving me crazy. I took Advil about 3 hours ago and it barely helped at all.

What should I do? Should I try Tylenol or Motrin or Exedrin?

PLEASE HELP
