Help me! On the top and the outside of my foot, i feel a lot of pain, what do u think it is?

i have not done anything that could of hurt it. i mostly walk around in those NIKE flip flops in the house, and i wear running shoes the rest of the time.

You might have pulled a tendon...I'm not sure what you were doing so i can't fully make a conclusion.
