Constant sleep.?
Over the past couple weeks I have been sleeping constantly. Even when I haven't done anything all day. Ive been getting between 12 to 16 hours of sleep a night. I could probably sleep more. I have to make myself get up. Does anyone know what is going on? Maybe I'm catching up on sleep?

I believe you need to plan activities and then force yourself to complete them all.
get 8 hours of sleep daily at regimented times only.
anxiety/stress can make you ill and sleeping and or pain mentally and physically is the outcome.
fight it all with organizational skills you may need to work on and develop to keep your health up to par.
