I accidentally took an extra dosage of sleep pills, is it true i can flush it out with water?.?
i accidentally swallowed 4 sleep tablets instead of 1, having really been frustrated with my inability to sleep.as i was dozing off to sleep i thought to myself what happens if i dont wake up because of diphenhdramine overdose. whats the best thing to do? so far i drank 4 bottles of water to flush it out.

No. Unless you have a prescription of super-strength sleeping pills, nothing will happen for taking 4 instead of one. I have to take 3 regular strength (as opposed to one) for them even to start to affect me. Water won't flush it out, and don't throw them up, it's bad for your throat.
You can call the doctor if you'd like, but it's REALLY not a big deal. If you try to stay awake, however, you probably won't be able to focus/concentrate and may feel a little "drunk" or dizzy. Just get some sleep, you'll be fine.
