I'm having problems with falling asleep since summer started...?!


Question:

I'm having problems with falling asleep since summer started...?

i can't fall asleep earlier than 5am or wake up earlier than 3pm. i think this is a problem, or maybe since school ended and i stayed up really late for prom i haven't been back on track with sleeping. Will you give me any suggestions on things to help me fall asleep? no pills please, i'm only 13, i don't need pills to mess up my health or body.

Don't worry, it is natural. Teens have hormones that keep them up late at night and because of this they sleep later. Enjoy your summer.
