Question:

What can I do to feel like I am 20 instead of 40? LoL?

I am 20 years old and I try to get at least 6&1/2 to 7 hours of sleep a night and I try to stay on the same sleep schedule unless I am busy on the weekends;however I still feel awfully tired and worn out I even feel totally lifeless and drained of energy what could I do to help myself feel better,and not like I am the same age as my mother? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

In some instances, a good night's sleep may require some health research. Do you have restless leg syndrome? Do you drink lots of sugary drinks or eat very late right before bedtime?
Also, make sure your mattress isn't due for a replacement. You'd be amazed at how much difference a nice firm (or soft, depending on your personal preference) mattress can make.
Try to avoid any sleeping aids (drugs) because it could lead to a problem down the road as far as dependancy issues.
My best advice is to read a book before bed, clear your mind, and stay active; the more you exercise during the day, the better reception your body will give when it's time to rest. Remember, work hard, play hard, sleep well. =)
