it depends on your age, the younger you are the faster you heal if you eat healthy normaly it take 8months to a year to be fully in the clear, but that desision should be mae by your doctor b/c he can view your progress from you x-rays, so dont let anyone tell you different, you mess that up you will have broken part of the fussion in your back that can cause nerves to be severd and paralize you so dont mess around with the back its a serios thing!
