I am 26 weeks pregnant tomarow. Tonight the bottom of my foot went numb. On my heel. Is this normal? It kinda feels like my foot is asleep, but dosent hurt. And it isnt my whole foot, just my heel. It has been like this for about an hour. Any suggestions?

Baby has picked a position where he/she is laying on the blood supply for that particular part of your foot. Lay down in bed on your left side, with a pillow under your right knee and check again in 10 minutes. You foot should feel normal again. If this doesn't work, call your OB in the morning.
