Has anyone with flat-feet tried WalkFit Orthotic Insoles??

I've seen commercials on TV for these, and of course they look wonderful, but just wondering if anyone has actually tried them? Are they worth it?

I have flat feet and did try them... but they caused me more pain. Best to visit a podiatrist and have custom orthotics.
