Lump with veins?
on the right side of my neck, inside theres a lump that i feel and it hurts when i turn my head to the left coz the muscle is stretched. i just woke up with my neck hurting and there it goes. my temperature sometimes goes 101 F then goes down later. sometimes i'm very cold or sweating a lot. what could it be?

If it's a small lump it is a lymph node. Swelling of this node is due to an infection around that area of your body.
If it is a large lump it is most likely mumps.
You have a fever and need to reduce it.
Take 2 panadol every four hours. And take a tepid (body temp) shower.
Keep up the panadol every 4 hours.
And make an appointment to se your Doctor.
