I have this spot on my head thats very sensitive?(if anyone takes the time answer this thanx)?

its on the top of my head were the hair grows in at that little bald spot,whenever i touch it enough my head starts to hurt and there kinda is a small little bump dont kno if my head is made like that or what but about 4 years ago i remember i use to do lots of backflips into pools and one time i messed up and landed my head on the concrete then landed in the water luckily i didnt blackout but that year i fell my head didnt hurt, now its just been hurting in that spot for about a year now and also on the back of my head it hurts sometime there 2 seems like it hurts whenever i turn my head alot, it might becuz 7 months ago i took some depression pills but i didnt need them my parents made me take anyway but i had a weird reaction to them and i told my dad that my head felt like it was shaking but still made me take them and eventually i had this muscle spasm were my head was about touching my shoulder and was so painful i went to the e.r and thats all i remember.anyone know the problem?
