How can I get the band-aid unstuck from my blister?
I bought a new pair of running shoes this weekend, and after just 30 minutes of breaking them in, I got a blister!! Since my old shoes were just that, OLD, its been a while since I've had a blister so my friend gave me one of those new Band-Aid brand "Advanced Healing" things for blisters. It started to come off, so I tried to peel it off like the directions said to, but its stuck to the middle of the blister. I took a shower, it wouldn't come off. I soaked it for 10 minutes in a tub of warm water, it wouldn't come off. I even tried rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide, but the darn thing won't come off!! The blister itself is bugging me and the band aid is making it worse. Please give me some ideas so i can finally get it off!! Thanks!

Put some ice on it and cool it down well. It should come off.
