Can i use an antibiotic now that was given before?

i had an ear infection about 6 months ago and was given cephalexin capsules to take for it. it went away but now i have another ear infection. can i take the same ones that was given to me before now?

no go to your doctor maybe the infection was not fully gone thats why it returned
