Best waking up remedy?!

Best waking up remedy?

Ok i work nights and sleep at 8:00 am and try to wake up by 3:30-4:00 but it's impossible to get up so i end up sleeping til 5 pm!!! and i hate that cuz it takes me like 1 hour to take a shower and such eh! Or should i take a shower in the morning i donno all i know is a need a new sleep remedy to get more things done... :( so i am not getting ready when my bf comes over i'm already done with stuff so he doesn't have to wait til 6 or so when i'm done... any tips?

I do have an alarm clock but a bad habit of hitting my alarm clock is not an option i have a bad habit of hitting alarm clock snooze button.


Answers:

if you can use your cell phone or something instead/in addition so you can get a little variety in the tone you wake up to it would be helpful--your body has adjusted to that tone so it doesn't affect you anymore. Put your alarm clock somewhere really hard to reach so you actually have to do something first before you can turn it off--you might even put it in a box or something (where you're still able to hear it though) and lock the box with a combination so you're brain has to wake up first. If you live with someone, have him/her HIDE the alarm clock at night so you have to look for it when it's going off. Hope this helps! Good luck!
