You can use nicotine patches, gum and other helps. I quit cold turkey, but used herbal cigarettes for awhile, the gensing ones were the best, and chewed on cinnamin sticks, they are about the same size as a cigarette. Chew a lot of gum, too, if you like it, and candy suckers like Tootsie Pops. I hope you are able to quit, it takes awhile for the cravings to stop, but keep in mind that they WILL stop, and the craving goes away whether you smoke or not, in about 4 to 5 minutes. I hope you succeed! It's been over 10 years for me.
