I have Pancreatitis [I have it - OW!!]?!

Question:

I have Pancreatitis [I have it - OW!!]?

I had it since the beginning of the year.

I eventually had my Gallbladder taken out.

It wasn't alcohol.

My current Pancreatitus bout is about Cysts forming on my Pancreas.

I was hospitalized for over a month and eventually I had to get discharged. I lost too much wt(due to not eating) and had VERY little energy(being bed-ridden in a private room).

Is there anything I can do for the pain while I am not in the hospital. Any type of over-the-counter medicine?

I feel like stabbing my side and ripping out my Pancreas!!!

Answers:

i dont know why they removed your gallbladder if you had pancreatitis they are totally different.or maybe you got it wrong.anyways go back to your dr.and if you see it doesnt help change your dr.
because Acute pancreatitis usually begins with pain in the upper abdomen that may last for a few days The pain may be severe and may become constant—just in the abdomen—or it may reach to the back and other areas. It may be sudden and intense or begin as a mild pain that gets worse when food is eaten.

anyways,go for a check up.
