Spider bite or what?!

Spider bite or what?

there is a red almost hard bump in the middle of about a 3 inch wide lighter red circle on my leg

been there about 2/3 days, doesnt itch, but hurts to touch


Answers:

Most likley a boil. How long has it been there?
If it's a spider bite will have center hole (crater) as time goes by.
