Why is it the more you sleep (like if you sleep in really late) then you feel more tired and usually have a headache instead of feeling less tired?
Answers:
every one should only sleep 6 hours a night. there are 3 stages to sleep.. the 1st 2 hrs. are falling into the rem stage..the next 2 hrs. is the rem stage (dreaming) the last 2 hrs is waking up.. if you sleep eight hrs then you are waking up when your body and mind are ready for stage two and so on
