What's the best cream/oil to be applied to a sprained ankle?!


Question: What's the best cream/oil to be applied to a sprained ankle?
Pls suggest a few brands, and perhaps explain about the main ingredients that matters as well.

Answers:

Best treatment is ice packs 10-20 minutes every 1-2 hours for the first 48-72 hours. Stay off of it as much as possible. Use crutches as necessary. Take Tylenol or another pain killer for discomfort. And wrap in an Ace Bandage for support. See link below.

You have tight muscles to cause a sprain, you have to free the muscles up to get rid of the problem.



There is no cream or oil that will aid a sprain.
