What should i do about this wrist injury?
like 3 years ago i went to wisconsin dells and was riding on the go-carts. the track i was riding on was particulary bumpy and i held on to the steering wheel very tightly and all of the shock from the bumpiness came to both my wrists. i went to many doctors and they all told me to ice and use anti-inflamatories and it didnt help. so what do you think is wrong with my wrists and what can i do about it?

you may want to see a neruologist to see if you for some reason have carpal tunnel. the riding on the go-carts may have triggered it. for now, i would wear some kind of a wrist brace for support so you are not moving it around too much
