anyone every have reaccuring scabbies? is there a natural way to get rid of it like a health food store you can get herbal medicine? anyone know much about it? any answers appreciated

Our four year old came home from her bio-mom's house with scabbies. We had to have our other children sent to Grandma's house, cover her with a cream medication for 24 hours, bag all the stuffed animals in plastic and put out in the sun for three days, and steam clean the entire house (mattresses, pillows, couches, and rugs). Then we had to tell her mother that the children could not go to her house until she had done the same, it took her three weeks. Luckily, none of the rest of us (6) got scabbies.
