I just come home from the hospital and need your help?
i feel like i can't get strong and feel really weak and poor, it's been two weeks and i still can't feel better, i had major foot surgery and came home last thursday and i just can't feel better, i'm taking my meds, and doing what i need to staing off my foot and all that, butt i just feel washed out and weak, what can i do to feel better?

make sure that u eat and drink healthy because u are prob lackin vitamins that u need and u would normally get from the foods u eat... even though had foot surgery, if u have a wheelchair or cruches u need to use themn or u will never get up and feel like u can just lay there and that us worser than being bed riden and cant move.. find things to do and creat ya own physical therapy to rehabilitate yaself
