I'm so Dizzy, my head is spinnin.....?

Seriously though, I woke up at 6 and my room was spinning. I was so dizzy. Then I woke up again for work and it was still spinning. I snoozed and when I woke up I thought it wasn't so bad, so I started to get ready and I just felt off. I called in and I've been sleeping like all day. I'm wondering what's wrong with me. And no, I haven't been drinking at all.

dehydration can cause those symptoms. as can ear infections or inner ear problems. some medications (if you recently stopped or started). low blood sugar can also cause this. start with and increase in fluids first and try some orange juice to get your sugar up. if it dont go away i would see a dr.
