Heat exhaustion, how long does it take to get over this?

About 2-3 weeks ago I got heat exhaustion. Now whenever I'm in the sun, I start to feel nausaus. Someone told me it takes a long time to get over this sensitivity.

Answers:

You have had a heat injury.You will always be susceptible to heat injuries. Try to hydrate properly before spending time in the sun/heat. Wear a hat,get some good sunglasses.Use a sunscreen. Good luck and be careful.
