Ears ringing slightly after listening to music up loud?!

Question: Ears ringing slightly after listening to music up loud?
I was listening to some music not full on loud but fairly loud for a couple of hours, and now i've got some mild tinnitus (not ringing like it sometimes does occasionally at random times), I know I shouldn't of really listened for that long with loud music but yeah, any chance I could be going deaf or just my ears adapting to the quietness again?

Any help would be great, thanks! :)

I think that means your hearing has been damaged. If you have an iPod/iPhone you can download a free hearing test to see if it has, or maybe you could find a test online if you Google it.

Listening to music or being around loud noises greater than 85db will cause hearing damage. Tinnitus being the most common problem. Once you damage your hearing, there is no known cure nor will it reverse itself back to normal hearing. Lower your music while you still can hear and wear ear protection anytime you're around loud noises for long periods of time.

You will only go deaf if you do this on a prolonged basis. A one-off will not do it. Please do not do it again.

Your ears should go back to normal with time, just wait awhile and don't do that again
