Does anyone know anywhere in London that you can get a liver test done? Preferably free!?
I'm worried about the effects of drinking having watched tonight's Dispatches program!

Virtually any GP practice will do this routine test for nothing, you may even be able to arrange it via the nurse without seeing the GP.
Big BUT, many patients may drink to a level which will eventually damage the liver, but for many years the liver function will remain normal. It is therefore vital that if you are drinking to excess, i.e. more than 21 units a week for a male and 14 for a woman, that you are not falsely reassured by normal liver function and use it as a justification for continuing your habit!
