I have some pain in my right knee at the bottom...?!

I have some pain in my right knee at the bottom...?

i have pain in my right knee at the bottomleft side since monday and its unbearable, i cant bend it all the wa, put pressure on it while walkin up or down the stairs or even kneel down. i did not fal down or hit my leg or anything i just woke up on tuesday with an excruciating pain in it. does anyone know why this is happening or anything i can do to help alleviate the pain until i go c the dr. on tues?.....please help

until you see the doctor, take some tylenol or anything of that sort, maybe try icing your knee sometimes that helps, and/or taking a bath, it helps the muscles relax and helps keep the pain away
